AsobiAsia is aware of the importance of return and refund policy for users that may occur and below has compiled a guide on how AsobiAsia can resolve your issues in the event of dissatisfaction.
Return Policy
1. AsobiAsia charge reserve cost for unreasonable return request
1.1. Because of high shipping cost, AsobiAsia is not providing free return for unreasonable return request such like stated below and so on:
- I changed my mind
- I placed order by mistake
- Wrong shipping address
- etc...
1.2. For unreasonable return request, AsobiAsia will still accept return request as resolution but with charges of reserved cost as below:
- 50% of original purchase value
- Original shipping fee paid is not refundable
- Buyer bear return shipping fee
We highly appreciate if you could make up your mind before placing order and don't forget to double check when filling out shipping address.
2. My product arrived with defective.
Defective products may sometime occur, kindly take a short video or photo so that AsobiAsia can apply countermeasure for further investigation, improvement and make claims to our shipping agent if it was caused by transportation.
AsobiAsia will ship a replacement product as resolution.
- No additional shipping
- Shipment of replacement product will be done by Registered Mail (below 10 items)
- Shipment of replacement product will be done by Expedited delivery - Speedpost / EMS / FedEx (> 10 items)
